According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, by the decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a proposal from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his/her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice.
Please be informed that the issue of submitting a request for secondment (temporary transfer) of 2 judges to the Zhytomyrskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast to administer justice is scheduled for consideration at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The consideration of the issue will take place on 29 January 2025 at 10 a.m. in the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9, General Shapoval Str., Kyiv).
A judge who has expressed an intention to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization must submit to the Commission an application in the prescribed form (available for download here, in Ukrainian), which must be accompanied by:
1) a certificate in the prescribed form (available for download here, in Ukrainian);
2) other documents that, in the judge’s opinion, may be taken into account when making a decision (if any).
The deadline for submitting documents is 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The documents shall be submitted in paper or electronic form.
The documents may be submitted by the judge in person or sent by mail (including e- mail).

Time for personal submission of documents:
Monday to Thursday from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 16:00 p.m;
on Fridays from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 15:00 p.m.
Scanned images of paper documents sent by mail must be sent to the following email address: inbox@vkksu.gov.ua not later than the next day after the date of their sending, together with a scanned image of the document confirming the relevant sending.
Judges wishing to send documents by e-mail must send the consent and other materials to the Commission’s e-mail address in the form of an electronic document (signed with a qualified electronic signature).
