The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by 12 members of the Commission in plenary session: Mykhailo Bohonis, Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Kydysiuk, Nadiia Kobetska, Oleh Koliush, Volodymyr Luhanskyi, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Ruslan Sydorovych, Serhii Chumak.
1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Anna Protsenko as a judge of the Chernihivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
2. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to terminate the qualification evaluation of the judge of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal Svitlana Shevchuk for compliance with the position held.
3. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to terminate the qualification evaluation of the judge of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal Yevhen Shaptala for compliance with the position held.
4. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to terminate the participation of Svitlana Tkachova in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges of appellate courts announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023, № 94/zp-23.
5. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
To approve the coded results of the anonymous written test taken on September 10, 2024 by a judge of the Court of Appeal (commercial specialization) as part of the procedure for qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held.
To approve the coded results of the practical assignment completed on September 10, 2024 by a judge of the Court of Appeal (commercial specialization) as part of the procedure for qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held.
To approve and publish on the official website of the Commission the decoded results of the exam passed by the judge of the Court of Appeal (commercial specialization) as part of the qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held.
To allow the judge to participate in the second stage “Dossier study and interview” of the qualification evaluation for the position of judge.
6. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:

To approve the coded results of the practical assignment completed on September 10, 2024 by judges of local courts (commercial specialization) as part of the procedure for qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held.
To approve and publish on the official website of the Commission the decoded results of the exam passed by local court judges (commercial specialization) as part of the qualification evaluation of judges for compliance with the position held.
To allow the judge to participate in the second stage “Dossier study and interview” of the qualification evaluation for the position of judge.
7. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
To publish on the official website of the Commission:
- a list of questions for anonymous testing of general knowledge in the field of law for the qualification exam within the framework of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court;
- a list of questions for anonymous testing of general knowledge in the field of law for the qualification exam as part of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court;
- a list of anonymous testing questions on the specialization of the High Anti-Corruption Court as a court of first instance for the qualification exam as part of the qualification evaluation of candidates for judicial positions;
- a list of anonymous testing questions on the specialization of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court for the qualification exam as part of the qualification evaluation of candidates for judicial positions.
