Six members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the First Chamber: Pasichnyk A.V., Dukh Y.M., Kydisiuk R.A., Koliush O.L., Sabodash R.B., Sydorovych R.M.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of reviewing the dossiers, conducting interviews, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 (as amended) of September 14, 2023, decided:
1.1. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal, Oleh Ilnytskyi, scored 738.85 points.
To recognize Oleh Ilnytskyi as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
1.2. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation, candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal Fomina Lina scored 740.13 points.
To recognize Fomina Lina as having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
1.3. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal, Anna Potapchuk, scored 701.75 points.
The question of confirming the ability of Anna Potapchuk to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal shall be submitted for consideration to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session.
1.4. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, candidate for the position of judge of the administrative court of appeal Oksana Dudar scored 684.3 points.
To submit for consideration by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session the question of confirming the ability of Oksana Dudar to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal.
