On February 09, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for his position.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to recognise Serhii Nahorianskyi, a judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv City, as unsuitable for the position held. A motion was submitted to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge from his position.
