On October 15, 2024, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the statements made by judge of Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeals (now the Third Administrative Court of Appeal) Serhii Chumak in the declaration of integrity of a judge for 2016.
Following the meeting, the Commission decided to recognize as unconfirmed the information that may indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the statements made by judge of the Dnipropetrovsk Administrative Court of Appeals (now the Third Administrative Court of Appeal) Serhii Chumak in the declaration of integrity of a judge for 2016.
