On February 12, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Please be reminded that 23 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 21 vacant positions of judge in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 11 candidates: 6 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 3 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 2 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
