On November 20, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, having considered in plenary session the issue of termination of the qualification evaluation of judge of the Volnovaskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Yevhen Mokhov for suitability for the position held, decided to terminate the qualification evaluation of the judge.
