On May 09, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in Panels, reviewed the materials of 119 judges who intend to be transferred to another local court upon their applications for admission to the qualification exam.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to admit 118 judges to the completion of qualification exam:
- 30 judges were admitted to the exam in administrative court specialization;
- 32 judges were admitted to the exam in commercial court specialization;
- 99 judges were admitted to the exam in general court specialization.
The Commission has provided the opportunity to choose one or more specializations for the qualification exam.
The application of one judge for admission to the qualification exam was left without consideration.
Over the course of five days, the Commission admitted 6,028 persons to participate in the selection for the positions of judges (qualification exam). The Commission denied admission to the selection to 559 persons. The applications of 18 persons were left without consideration.
