On March 26, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of early termination of judge’s secondment and his simultaneous secondment.
The Commission decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation to early terminate the secondment of judge of Holoprystanskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Viktor Siianka to the Pidvolochyskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast and simultaneously second him to the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast for a period of one year.
