Please be informed that on February 25, 2026, the Commission has scheduled a qualification assessment and qualification exam as part of the competitions for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
The order of the stages of the qualification exam is as follows:
first – testing of knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood;
second – testing of cognitive abilities;
third – testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the relevant court;
fourth – completion of a practical assignment related to the specialisation of the relevant court.
The qualification exam is scheduled to take place during the second quarter of 2026.
