Competition for Courts of Appeal: Three Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal, While One Candidate Failed to Confirm Her Ability to Administer Justice in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal

On November 12, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal and one candidate in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal was considered.

Based on the results of the session, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 30 candidates for the position of judge in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal: 21 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates failed to confirm this, and interviews with 4 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.

For the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 31 candidates: 16 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 9 candidates failed to confirm this, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
