On October 27, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Stanislav Kyrychok was recognised as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Please be reminded, that 40 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 22 vacant positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 20 candidates: 7 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 3 candidates did not confirm, and 10 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
