On June 23, 2025, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal and one candidate – in the commercial court of appeal within the framework of the competition announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:

In total, 52 candidates were interviewed in the competition to the administrative courts of appeal: 19 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 19 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 14 candidates will be interviewed in the plenary.
In the competition to commercial courts of appeal, 33 candidates were interviewed: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 10 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 11 candidates will be interviewed in the plenary.
