Five members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the Second Chamber: Omelian O.S., Bohonis M.B., Gatseliuk V.O., Luhanskyi V.I., Shevchuk H.M.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of reviewing the dossiers, conducting interviews, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023 No. 94/zp-23 (as amended), decided:
1.1. To announce a break in the consideration of the issue of reviewing the dossier, conducting interviews, and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of the candidate for the position of judge of the commercial court of appeal, Viktor Syzonenko, within the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended).
1.2. Determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the Commercial Court of Appeal, Oksana Sopianenko, scored 740.43 points.
The question of confirming the ability of Oksana Sopianenko to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal shall be submitted for consideration to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session.
1.3. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the commercial court of appeal, Shapoval Dmytro, scored 706.17 points.
To recognize Shapoval Dmytro as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal.
1.4. To determine that, based on the results of the qualification evaluation procedure, the candidate for the position of judge of the commercial court of appeal, Oleksii Holovko, scored 686.47 points.
To submit to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session the question of confirming or not confirming the ability of Oleksii Holovko to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal.
