
Based on the consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and submissions from the High Council of Justice, on June 03, 2025, by the Decrees of the President of Ukraine No. 362/2025–378/2025, 23 individuals were appointed to the positions of judges, including:
16 judges who confirmed their suitability for the positions held based on the results of the qualification evaluation:
- Andrii Buchynskyi, a judge of Verkhovynskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
- (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 17.10.2024);
- Oksana Havrylenko, a judge of the Netishynskyi Town Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast
- (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 30.07.2024);
- Alina Honcharova, a judge of the Slovianskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast
- (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 29.01.2024);
- Nazar Hryn, a judge of the Saksahanskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 23.07.2024);
- Denys Kashchuk, a judge of the Sofiivskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 29.10.2024);
- Nataliia Kondratieva, a judge of the Yavorivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 02.12.2024);
- Inna Mashyna, a judge of the Romenskyi City-Raion Court of Sumy Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 28.10.2024);
- Kostiantyn Medvediev, a judge of the Vasylkivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 27.04.2018);
- Nataliia Medvedieva, a judge of the Pervomaiskyi City-Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 17.12.2024);
- Olena Mykhailyuk, a judge of the Chutivskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 03.02.2025);
- Oleksandr Muzyka, a judge of the Central District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 01.10.2024);
- Alla Olefir, a judge of the Hlobynskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 05.09.2024);
- Nataliia Pavlenko, a judge of the Commercial Court of Kherson Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 10.12.2024);
- Olena Stadchenko, a judge of the Kostiantynivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 09.12.2024);
- Ihor Chornyi, a judge of the Zdolbunivskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 10.10.2024);
- Olha Demianova, a judge of the Central District Court of Mariupol City, Donetsk Oblast (recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position held on 13.01.2025).
5 persons were appointed, based on the results of the competition to local courts, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023:
- Yuliia Valovin, appointed to the Stryiskyi City-Raion Court of Lviv Oblast (recommended for the position of a judge on 23.04.2024);
- Serhii Hurskyi, appointed to the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (recommended for the position of a judge on 04.04.2024);
- Nataliia Panchenko, appointed to the Tatarbunarskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast (recommended for the position of a judge on 07.03.2024);
- Yaroslav Rytov, appointed to the Industrial District Court of Kharkiv City (recommended for the position of a judge on 02.04.2024);
- Maksym Turchynskyi, appointed to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia (recommended for the position of a judge on 29.02.2024).
2 persons were appointed, based on the results of the competition to the position of the judge of the HAAC, announced on November 23, 2023:
- Tetiana Lytvynko, previously a judge of the Shostkynskyi City-Raion Court of Sumy Oblast (recommended for the position of a judge on 31.03.2025);
- Olena Chernova, previously a judge of the Zolochivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast (recommended for the position of a judge on 31.03.2025).
