On May 13, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the dossiers were examined, interviews were held, and the results of the qualification evaluation of three candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 67 candidates for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal were admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts.
This stage was initiated by the Commission, composed of the First Panel, on May 06, 2025.
In total, 11 candidates were interviewed: one candidate confirmed her ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, five candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and five more candidates will be interviewed in plenary.
