On May 12, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine established the results of a special vetting of 49 candidates for the positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal and 82 candidates for the positions of judges in commercial courts of appeal within the competition announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the special vetting, the Commission did not receive any information that may indicate that the candidate does not meet the requirements for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal:

The consideration of the issue of establishing the results of the special vetting of the candidate for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal, Tetiana Popovych, was adjourned until May 21, 2025.
The results of the special vetting will be taken into account when the Commission makes decisions based on the results of the qualification evaluation.
