On May 09, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in Panels, considered the issue of admission to the selection (for the qualification exam) of 2,761 persons, including: 2,563 - candidates for the position of judge, 198 - judges.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission decided to admit 2,530 persons to the qualification exam: 2,340 candidates for the position of judge and 190 judges.
912 persons were admitted to the exam in administrative court specialization:
- 862 candidates for the position of a judge;
- 50 judges.
- persons were admitted to the exam in commercial court specialization:
- 741 candidates for the position of a judge;
- 41 judges.
2,368 persons were admitted to the exam in general court specialization:
- 2,200 candidates for the position of judge;
- 168 judges.
The Commission provided an opportunity to choose one or more specializations for the qualification exam.
Admission to the selection (qualification exam) was denied to 223 persons, including: 219 candidates for the position of judge and 4 judges.
Applications of 8 persons for admission to the selection were left without consideration, including: 4 candidates for the position of judge and 4 judges.
Over the course of four days, the Commission admitted 5910 persons to participate in the selection for the position of a judge (qualification exam). The selection process was denied to 559 persons. The applications of 17 persons were left without consideration.
