The Public Integrity Council is established with the purpose of assisting the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in determining eligibility of a judge (a judicial candidate) in terms of the criteria of professional ethics and integrity for the purpose of qualification evaluation.

On August 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held a meeting of representatives of public associations, which elected 20 members of the Public Integrity Council.

The meeting was attended by public associations that were determined by the Commission to meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.

As a result of the voting, 20 members of the Public Integrity Council were elected.

The PIC members:
